As a product of a family-owned business, Brian developed a keen interest in finance and management at an early age that laid the foundation for his career. He also saw first-hand how solid business relationships are built on trust. When Brian started out as a CPA in 1982, he realized crunching numbers wasn’t as important to him as building relationships with his clients. After 10 years in the CPA business, he shifted his focus and became a certified financial advisor through Merrill Lynch. While he enjoyed working with individual clients, he realized many small businesses needed professional financial help and he knew his background would help them get on top of their accounting processes and financial planning.

Brian combined his accounting skills with his financial management consulting skills to get back to his entrepreneurial roots, and McElroy & Associates was born.

As founder and CEO of her own bookkeeping consulting firm, Tammy has more than 20 years of success running her own company while managing the finances of other businesses. She works with all levels of an organization to assist with bookkeeping, processes, inventory management, construction, financial management and more.

Tammy has extensive experience with cost bookkeeping and financial analysis across multiple industries, and she specializes in construction job costing. She’s an expert with QuickBooks Online and Desktop software, but also manages accounts using other accounting software and apps to suit specialized industries.
